Where you can learn the basics of Ivorian and West African cuisine from the comfort of your own home or in person! Our course is designed to introduce you to the diverse flavors and ingredients of Ivorian and West African cuisine, with a special focus on traditional dishes from Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, and Nigeria.
In this course, you will learn the fundamental techniques and ingredients used in Ivorian and West African cooking, giving you the foundation to create delicious and authentic dishes.
You will have the opportunity to discover the unique and diverse culinary traditions of West Africa, focusing on the iconic dishes of Côte d'Ivoire, by preparing eight traditional dishes.
To ensure personalized attention and guidance, we limit our online classes to eight students and our in-person classes to twelve students. This allows our experienced chef instructor to offer individual support and feedback.
Our online course costs just $50 for the full program, making it an affordable and accessible way to learn Ivorian and West African cooking from the comfort of your own home.
